Our team is at the heart of everything we do. We recruit individuals with the right mix of professionalism, communication skills, and practical experience. All staff undergo full vetting to British Standards 7858 and 7960, including:
- 5-year work history check
- SIA licence validation (weekly)
- Health screening
- Right-to-work documentation
- Personal and employment references
We also offer in-house induction, on-the-job training, and performance assessments to ensure every team member is ready to meet and exceed client expectations.
